Erica Helsel PhD, MBA , serves as the Practice Administrator at Pointe Primary Care, where she oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of the organization. In close collaboration with Dr. Jennifer Hurd, practice owner, and the management team, she plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
Erica holds a B.S. and MS. in Psychology from Campbell University, as well as both an MBA and a PhD from Wayland Baptist University. Her academic background in organizational psychology, combined with her expertise in operations and medical practice management, enables her to effectively support organizational growth, enhance team performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
A United States Marine Corps veteran and United States Army Veteran, Erica brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to leadership. She leads, by example, maintaining a hands-on presence while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Guided by a strong sense of purpose and professional integrity, Erica is committed to advancing both organizational excellence and patient-centered care.
Roman Pierantozzi, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, MBA
Roman is a veteran of Information Technology. An executive and entrepreneur with a career dedicated to driving technical excellence across diverse industries. Throughout his professional journey, he has held key leadership positions at numerous major corporations, consistently aligning IT strategy with overarching corporate objectives.
A proven self-starter, Roman also spent seven years successfully building, scaling, and operating his own Managed Service Provider (MSP). This entrepreneurial venture sharpened his operational grit and gave him deep, hands-on empathy for the challenges business owners face.
Roman’s multi-industry exposure spans a vast array of sectors, giving him a unique perspective on how different markets leverage technology. His full breadth of expertise—combining corporate leadership with entrepreneurial execution—affords him a rare depth of knowledge and strategic insight. As a result, he is uniquely equipped to analyze, optimize, and transform businesses of all types and sizes.
